Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed after your order has entered the shipping phase. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Refunds for cancelled orders typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times. We recommend monitoring your payment method for the refund confirmation.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may experience processing delays. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and items marked as final sale. Please review your product details carefully before making a purchase.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The exact timing of when the credit appears in your account depends on your financial institution's policies.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). In such cases, we will refund the standard shipping costs associated with your original order.

For items purchased during promotional periods or with discount codes, only the actual amount paid will be refunded. Any promotional value or discount applied to the original purchase cannot be refunded or transferred to future purchases.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company. Some financial institutions require additional time to process the refund transaction.

If you've confirmed with your financial institution that the refund hasn't been processed, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues. Please have your order number and refund confirmation email ready when contacting us.

In rare cases where a refund cannot be processed to the original payment method, we may issue store credit or arrange an alternative refund method after verifying your identity and purchase details.
